Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026. This policy explains what information ReportPsychic.com collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what a consumer publication needs, and we do not sell your personal information.

1. Who is responsible

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. Used only to reply to you.
• Reader reports: if you send us details of a problem with a service, we keep the report to inform our reviews. We remove names, account numbers and other identifying details before publishing anything, and we never publish your contact details.
• Comments: your name, email address, optional website, the comment text, and the IP address and browser string at posting time (collected by WordPress to help detect spam). Your name and comment are public; your email is not.
• Accounts: if you register, we store the username, email address and password hash you provide.

Information collected automatically

• Server and security logs: IP address, requested pages, timestamps and browser type, kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare (delivery and protection) and Wordfence (security).
• Analytics: aggregated page-view statistics through Jetpack (Automattic). These are not used to identify individuals.
• Spam protection: comments and form submissions are checked by Akismet (Automattic) and, on the contact form, a CAPTCHA.

3. Cookies

We use functional cookies (set by WordPress if you comment or log in), security cookies from Cloudflare and Wordfence, and analytics cookies from Jetpack. Embedded third-party content, such as a text-to-speech player, may set its own cookies under that provider’s policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

4. Affiliate links

Some links lead to psychic-reading services that pay us a commission if you sign up. The partner or its tracking network may set a cookie to attribute the referral. We receive aggregate reports, not your name, payment details or reading history. Each partner has its own privacy policy.

5. How we use information

• To publish and maintain the site.
• To respond to messages and reader reports.
• To display and moderate comments and detect spam and abuse.
• To measure readership and improve guides.
• To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful publication, on your consent where you contact us or comment, and on legal obligation where applicable.

6. Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us operate the site (hosting, Cloudflare, Wordfence, Automattic for Jetpack and Akismet, our email provider), with affiliate networks as described above, and when required by law or to protect readers’ or our own rights and safety. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

7. Retention

Contact messages and reader reports are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless they support a published review. Comments stay published until you ask us to remove them. Account data is kept until you delete the account. Security logs are kept for a limited period set by the provider, typically 30 to 90 days.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority. We extend access, correction and deletion to every reader regardless of location. Email [email protected] from the address you used with us, or write to the postal address above. We respond within 30 days and never treat you differently for making a request.

Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and California residents under the CCPA. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define the terms.

9. International transfers

The site is hosted in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States. Our providers apply safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.

10. Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and protected by a web application firewall and security monitoring. Please do not send sensitive information such as full card numbers or government identifiers through the contact form; describe a billing problem with the last four digits only.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version; significant changes will be flagged here for at least 30 days.
