Reviews, feedback and complaints
Look beyond the star rating
A useful review tells you what a service offered, how the session worked and whether the billing was clear. Explore the reviews below, then weigh the specific details against your own priorities.

Read the details
Look for the reading format, approximate session length, cost and what actually happened. A strong verdict without details is harder to assess.
Check the date
Prices, staff and policies change. Older feedback can add context, but check the terms that apply to your booking now.
Separate the issues
A missed prediction, an unexpected charge and pressure to keep paying are different concerns. Look for reviews that explain the distinction.

Have a service experience to share?
Keep your account factual and remove private payment details. Our review-checking guide can help you assess feedback, and our contact page explains how to send a website correction or experience.
Reader feedback is an account of an experience, not proof that a prediction is accurate. A listing is not a guarantee or an official finding about a service.
