Editorial scope
A complaint is strongest when it identifies the actual problem
We included a paid reading to observe the account and offer path, advisor information, session flow, billing touchpoints and support route. That lets us evaluate service mechanics. It does not scientifically validate psychic ability or turn a future prediction into an established fact.
Before contacting support or publishing feedback, identify whether the issue concerns a charge, a connection, conduct, unclear delivery or a prediction that did not occur. Those categories require different evidence and may receive different treatment under provider policy.

Something did not work as delivered
Examples include a connection failure, an unexplained session interruption or a response that did not address the purchased question. Record the format, time and observable failure.
An outcome did not happen
Keep the original wording, conditions and stated timing. Do not rewrite the prediction after events unfold, and do not describe disappointment as a technical error.
Pressure crossed a boundary
Document guarantees, fear-based selling, requests for off-platform contact or payment, and instructions that would replace professional medical, legal or financial care.

PsychicOz’s published pledge says a request concerning the most recent eligible paid reading must be submitted within 24 hours. The described remedy is a credit to try the service again, and the session considered may be limited to 20 minutes.
A request is not automatically approved, and long-term prediction certainty is not warranted under the provider’s own language.

What makes a complaint useful to another reader?

Can a high rating prove psychic accuracy?
