When you repeat positive things, it can get rid of dirt form your mind and your aura. Say your mantras out loud and say them all throughout the day.

You can take your hands and rub them together to make friction. This is really energy that you are making with your body. When you do this, rub your hands over the different chakras in your body and this will clear any blockages or negativity that has gotten on you.

Your aura will be stronger and cleaner after you do this.
